I probably should call this 4-wheeling. We went to our favorite campground, Columbine, in Red River as a stop on the way home, planning to stay two nights, maybe three. After having dinner at Timbers we were walking up the street and saw some friends of Kathleen and Mike’s. They were staying at their cabin up in Valley of the Pines. Plans were made to meet the next day for some fishing. This turned into a wonderful visit and some fun for the boys on 4-wheelers. Needless to say, we did end up staying three nights.
Of course we put up the hummingbird feeder right away and had lots of birds very fast. Some of these pictures were taken by Mike and Zachary. Here we go with some 4-wheelin’. The other two boys are Chazden, whose family owns the land and 4-wheelers, and Austin. These are two of Zachary’s best friends who do sports and go to school and other activities with each other. So much fun for all of them.Austin…Chazden teaching Zachary how to ride. This was a first for Zachary.Zachary on his own.Zane was just a bit jealous but he had a good time too. Just no driving.Chazden helping Zachary out of a bad position. He so wanted to drive.Sydney (Chazden’s sister) Mike and Zane.Heading off down the road.Hmmmm. Seems we had a change of seats.Sydney got Zane dressed in some pretty styling boots. And Zachary gave Zane a great ride.Sydney just loves Mike. How about those boots.A little climbing behind the cabin. The next day back at camp Ross and I relaxed while they kids went fishing and more fun.
I am so ready to go again. We came home to 100+ weather. Thanks for looking.
