Snap happy – as in pictures

I get carried away with my camera.  Yes, I admit it – I am snap happy.  I start clicking and gets lots of the same shot.  But hey, that way I have maybe a good one to choose from.  But what about when they are all good?  So so hard to trim them out and do away with pictures.  What do most of your photographers do?  Do you save EVERY picture or do you choose the best of the best and then – GASP! – purge?

I have gotten much better about zapping the ones that are blurred or not very good or someone’s backside if it is just not usable.  But still…

So anyway, where was I going?  Oh, yeah, I took pictures of Zane “sledding” in my backyard the other day.  I use the term loosely because there really was not much snow on this day.  And throwing snowballs and making snow angels.

Here Zane flopping on his stomach and sliding down the hill.  Pure happiness! 02-07-11 Zane in snow 10 02-07-11 Zane in snow 11  02-07-11 Zane in snow 13 02-07-11 Zane in snow 14 I got some great photos of Zane so happy throwing snowballs.  Again, pure happiness.02-07-11 Zane in snow 22  02-07-11 Zane in snow 24 02-07-11 Zane in snow 25 02-07-11 Zane in snow 27 02-07-11 Zane in snow 28 I just love that happy laughing smile!

Oh, there were lots more pictures.  We tracked rabbits.  Until the tracks went through the barbed wire.    02-07-11 Zane in snow 42 02-07-11 Zane in snow 43 Oh, the different colored gloves?  His idea.  Kind of like the new thing with different colored socks.  Kids.
